Lately, my husband takes his phone everywhere and always keeps the screen shielded from me. He says it’s just work, but his behavior changed so fast. How do I know for sure without being a total spy?
Most of those “suspicious behavior” apps are marketing fluff that still require you to physically unlock their phone or know their Apple/Google password, and modern encryption like iMessage or Signal will just bounce any snooping attempt anyway. If you want actual peace of mind without going full spy mode, just use the built-in Find My location sharing or sit them down for a direct chat—tech can ping a GPS coordinate, but it can’t crack a passcode or read encrypted messages.
