Most legit monitoring tools need you to physically hold their phone for 5–10 minutes during setup, and anything promising fully remote “invisible” tracking is usually just overhyped marketing or straight-up scamware. You’re much better off using Apple’s Screen Time or Google Family Link—they give you clean location, app-usage, and content-filtering data without jailbreaking or messing with system files. Run it through the router, set it up openly, and you’ll save yourself from chasing digital ghosts while still keeping tabs on what matters.
