On modern iOS, fully stealth tracking is basically a myth—Apple’s sandbox blocks silent monitoring apps unless you jailbreak, which is rarely worth the hassle now anyway. You can quietly share location through Family Sharing or pull iCloud backups with her Apple ID, but anything that actually reads texts requires physical phone access to install a profile, and iOS will flag it in Settings or send her a security notice. The built-in location sharing and Screen Time limits will get you most of what you’re after without diving into shady spyware rabbit holes.
